Let KEL help you find day programs for your loved one.  Elder Social Centers (Adult Day Programs) help keep your loved one non-institutionalized.  As a former Executive Director for one of the Hawaii's largest Adult Day Programs in Hawaii, KEL can answer all your questions and help you find the program to meet your needs.  As your Geriatric Care Manager KEL is Liaison between you and your professional provider.

Elder Social Center (Adult Day Program) fees range between $50 - $85.00 per day, verses nursing or care homes which can cost you an average of $250 - $300.00 per day.

To qualify for Elder Social Center Sevices (Adult Day Programs) your loved one must meet the following criteria:

Must be able to ambulate
     and eat independently
Must be non combative
Must try not to leave
Must be continent

Kaneohe Elder Social Center

KEL is in negotiations with several properties in the Kaneohe area to open up an Elder Social Center (Adult Day Care) Program.  We anticipate opening up late summer 2007.  If you are interested in information or enrollment for your loved one, please contact us.
